3. REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT

This field is treated by our company since 2008.
Regarding the global economic situation, economic crisis that occurred in the second

half of 2008, development activity in this area do not personally believe to be

inopportune for the following reasons:
- Our products (buildings) are very close to European average price per built square meter (approx. 250 -500 Euro).
- Demand for housing is compared with the offer, superior.
- Technically, existing homes are morally and physically obsolete, having a high risk for half the European standard accepted in 2012 which will become mandatory and will be implemented legislation.
- Last but not least, the quality - price.

For this work we consider two projects set up as follows:

SHORT PRESENTATION

1. ACROSS ROMLAND POPESTI LEORDENI

It is located 8 km from downtown, with access from Splaiul
Union, and contains a total of 14 units.
The project will develop a land area of 2,800 square meters, located within the city administrative Popesti - Leordeni.
The land is owned by the developer.
The project is under the Promotion and signing pre-contract.
The developer, through partners, wants and resolve the funding formula for the ultimate beneficiaries.
This project was started in the second half of 2008 and completion is expected in December 2012.

2. ACROSS TIME SHARE ROMLAND – SNAGOV

It is located on Lake Snagov, access is currently from DN 1

following that upon completion of the section of highway Bucharest - Brasov direct access to make it (about 2 km road junction paste).
For this project we are considering a range of real estate development working in Time Share system, since satellite equipped with an entertainment hall, restaurant,

locker rooms, a medical center, swimming pool, marina, beach. For the winter he

wants the basin can be used as a skating rink.
The project will develop a land area of 6,200 square meters, located in the municipality administration Gruiu, Silistea Snagov village.
The land is owned by the developer.

The project is under feasibility study.
This project is ongoing from 2012 to 2014.
